About this tour

On Day 1, your adventure begins at Khasab harbor with a guide briefing before embarking on a speed boat or dhow to cruise to Ras Qabbi beach. Here, you collect kayaks and paddle through the stunning fjords, reaching Ras Dabshoun Beach for lunch and relaxation. The journey continues towards Seebi Island, where you encounter various marine life, including dolphins. As you arrive at Seebi Island, you can paddle around, enjoy the sunset, and camp on the beach, with a BBQ dinner, stargazing, and overnight in tents. Day 2 starts with a tranquil morning tea or coffee, appreciating the serene natural beauty and a sunrise over the turquoise waters. After breakfast at the campsite, you set off to Karkian Beach for picturesque views and then to Telegraphic Island for swimming and snorkeling, while learning about its historical significance, all complemented with a packed lunch.

Itinerary

09.00 am -Arrive at Khasab harbour and meet your guide followed by briefing by the guide. Board onto our speed boat or dhow and cruise towards the Ras Qabbi beach where you will be received by our staff. Kayaks will be ready at the beach for collection. . Following the briefing start gently paddling through the spectacular fjords by the shoreline, reaching to Ras Dabshoun Beach, a secluded beach inside the fjords. Stop for Lunch/refreshment at this beach and have a chance to stretch your legs, walk around and relax on the shore. This area is renowned for its spectacular and pristine waters – perfect for paddling. After the lunch start paddling towards Seebi Island, seeing small beaches, sheltered inlets and incredible rock formations, baby sharks and schools of different fishes, spotting Dolphins close to your eyes. Arrive at Seebi Island, paddle around the island, and conclude the day long tour watching and admiring the majestic sunset casting slanting rays of the setting sun to the mountain range and to the fjords. Camp is already prepared. Welcome tea or coffee on arrival served. Stretch out and relax at the beach, even go for a swim or snorkel in clear waters where you can see plenty of corals and schools of fishes. BBQ Dinner served on the beach –time to refresh and cherish the sweet memories of the day. At night the views are especially deep in the fjords when the stars come out in the sky in plenty. Camp fire at the camp site. Overnight in tents.

06.30 am – wake up and enjoy your morning tea or coffee looking at the turquoise waters mirroring the Surrounding mountains create a unique and serene atmosphere enjoying the fresh air. In silence Connecting with nature, one could hear and admire the whispers of the Mother Nature. See the sun blooms on the horizon, golden petals stretching ever outwards into the rich blue waters. Admire the beauty of nature from the camp site. Breakfast served at the camp site. 08.00 am start your new day paddling towards the Karkian Beach, near Meglab. Arrive at the beach, Climb the steps to see the elevated view of the spectacular fjords and its surrounding. Admire the stunning view point’s overlooking to the fjords. After this, continue paddle to telegraphic island – time for swimming and snorkelling at this island. The Telegraph Island is well known for the staff succumbing to madness when they were posted to this remote station. Here the British laid the first telegraph cable in 1864, it ran from India to Basra, Iraq and the island was manned for some 5 years. Packed lunch served.
